Makes About 2 Cups

Ingredients:
5 Golden Delicious Apples, peeled, quartered and chopped
½ tsp of Ground Cinnamon
½ tsp of Orange Zest
½ cup of Apple Juice
¼ cup of Brown Sugar




Process,

Place all the ingredients in a saucepan and cook on medium heat for about 20 minutes or until the apples are tender. Mash with a masher or a fork.
