1 1/2 cups Pitted Kalamata Olives
1/2 cup Pitted Green Italian Olives
2 Tbsp Capers
2 Tbsp Parsley
Juice of one Lemon
2 Cloves of Garlic
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
3-4 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1) Place all ingredients except the Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a food processor.
2) Pulse until coarse.
3) Continue pulsing while streaming in the olive oil until you have a thick paste consistency.
