Cook time minutes
- 2 cups of Heavy Cream
- 1/3 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 2 tsp of Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup of Lemon Curd
- 2-1/2 cups of Sliced Strawberries
- Graham Crackers
1) Whisk together the heavy cream, sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks, set aside.
2) In an 9x9 pan, start layering the cookies, lemon curd, whipped cream and strawberries, repeat the layers so you have 3 layers of cookies and the top is the cream and strawberries.
3) Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 8 hours or overnight before serving.
