Italian Farro Salad

Serves 4


Ingredients:
2 Cups of Cooked Farro (cooked according to package instructions)
1 Cup of Cherry Tomatoes, halved
Cup of Pitted Kalamata Olives, chopped
1 Large Roasted Pepper, chopped
Cup of Fresh Basil, chopped
cup of Fresh Mozzarella, chopped
1 Tbsp of Red Wine Vinegar
1 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper, to taste

Process,

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients together. Let sit for about 20 minutes and dig in!
