Ingredients

  • 2 Cups of Cooked Farro (cooked according to package instructions)
  • 1 Cup of Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • Cup of Pitted Kalamata Olives, chopped
  • 1 Large Roasted Pepper, chopped
  • Cup of Fresh Basil, chopped
  • cup of Fresh Mozzarella, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp of Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients together. Let sit for about 20 minutes and dig in!
