Coconut Ice Cream

  • 1 Cup of Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup of Half and Half
  • ˝ cup of Whole Coconut Milk
  • 1 15oz can of Cream of Coconut
  • ˝ tsp of Vanilla Extract
  • 1/8 tsp of Salt


    1) In a large bowl, add all of your ingredients and whisk together until the cream of coconut is fully mixed and dissolved.

    2) Add the mixture in the insert of your ice cream machine (make sure you place the insert of the ice cream machine in the freezer at least 24 hours before making this ice cream)

    3) Turn your machine on and freeze according to manufacture’s instructions.

    4) Serve right away or store in an air tight container in the freezer for a few days.
