Peach Rose Sorbet

  • 2 lb of Ripe Yellow Peaches, peeled
  • 1/4 cup of Granulated Sugar
  • 1/4 cup of Water
  • 1 cup of Sweet Rose Wine


    1) Add the water and sugar into a small saucepan and cook just for a few minutes long enough for the sugar to dissolve, set aside to cool.

    2) In a high powered blender, add the peaches, simple syrup and rose, blend until smooth, then pour into an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.

    NOTE: Most ice cream machines require the insert to be frozen for a minimum of 24 hours before using so check yours to make sure you’re freezing it ahead of time.
