Pecan Pie Brownies

  • Brownie Mix, make sure you purchase (or make) the kind that fits in a 9x13 pan
  • Prepared according to package instructions.
  • For the topping:
  • 1 cup of Light Corn Syrup
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 Tbsp of Flour
  • 2 tsp of Vanilla Extract
  • 1/3 cup of Melted Butter
  • 1/2 cup of Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup of Granulated Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp of Salt
  • 1-1/2 cups of Chopped Pecans


    1) Preheat your oven to 350 degrees, prepare your brownie batter, pour it in a lined 9x13 inch baking pan and pop them in the oven for 25 minutes.

    2) In a large bowl, add all the ingredients for the pecan topping, after 25 minutes, take the partially baked brownies out of the oven, pour over the pecan topping and pop them back in for an additional 25 to 30 minutes.

    3) Allow the brownies to cool completely before serving.
