Salted Pretzel Bark

  • 10 oz of Dark Chocolate Candy Melts
  • 3/4 of a cup (or more to taste) of Crushed Mini Pretzels
  • 1/2 tsp of Sea Salt


    1) Melt the chocolate either on a double boiler on in a microwave, then spread it in a thin layer on a parchment paper lined baking sheet, sprinkle over the pretzels and salt and allow it to set in the fridge for about an hour.

    2) Break into pieces and serve. I store mine in a covered jar in a cool place like my pantry cabinet.
